These Terms govern use of Yukthii by clinics, doctors, staff, and authorized representatives. By using the platform, you agree to these terms.

1. Service Scope

Yukthii provides software tools for dental clinic operations including scheduling, records, billing, communication workflows, and analytics. Clinical decisions remain solely with medical professionals.

2. Account Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate profile and billing information.
• Protect account credentials and role-based user access.
• Use the platform in compliance with applicable laws and ethical standards.

3. Acceptable Use

• No unauthorized access attempts, reverse engineering, or service abuse.
• No unlawful content upload or misuse of patient communication channels.
• No activities that degrade platform security, availability, or integrity.

4. Fees and Billing

Subscription pricing, taxes, and billing cycles are provided at signup or renewal. Clinics are responsible for paying all applicable charges under their selected plan.

5. Availability and Updates

Yukthii aims for high availability and continuously improves features. Planned maintenance or emergency updates may occur with reasonable communication where possible.

6. Liability

Yukthii is provided on a best-effort basis under applicable law. To the maximum extent permitted, aggregate liability is limited to fees paid for the affected period.

7. Termination

Accounts may be suspended or terminated for material breaches, abuse, or non-payment. Clinics can cancel according to plan terms and request data export during the allowed window.
