1. Free Trial

Yukthii offers a 7-day free trial with no credit card required. No billing is charged during the free trial period unless a paid plan is activated.

2. Subscription Charges

Paid plans are billed in advance for the selected billing cycle. Taxes, where applicable, are added to invoice totals.

3. Cancellation

You may cancel renewal at any time from your account settings or by contacting support. Cancellation prevents future renewals but does not automatically trigger a prorated refund unless required by law or explicitly approved.

4. Refund Review

Refund requests are reviewed case-by-case for duplicate charges, billing errors, or exceptional service-impact incidents. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method.

5. Processing Timelines

Approved refunds are typically initiated within 7 business days. Final settlement depends on banking and payment partner timelines.
