Yukthii Technologies Pvt. Ltd. values the trust placed in us by clinics, doctors, and patients. This policy explains how Yukthii collects, uses, stores, and safeguards data processed through our platform.

1. Data We Collect

• Account and clinic profile information provided during onboarding.
• Patient records, treatment notes, billing records, and appointment data entered by clinics.
• Operational logs, usage analytics, and device/browser metadata for reliability and security.

2. How We Use Data

• To deliver the Yukthii software and requested clinic workflows.
• To generate invoices, reminders, and reports configured by the clinic.
• To improve product performance, uptime, and security controls.
• To provide support and service communication to authorized users.

3. Security and Retention

Data is encrypted in transit using HTTPS/TLS and protected at rest with industry-standard controls. Role-based access, audit logging, and backup policies are applied to reduce risk. Data retention periods are aligned with legal and operational requirements.

4. Compliance

Yukthii is designed to support India-focused compliance requirements including DPDP Act 2023 aligned data handling practices and clinic-level access governance.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell personal data. Data is shared only with infrastructure or messaging partners required to operate the service, under contractual safeguards.

6. Clinic Control

Clinics remain the primary data controllers for patient records they upload. Clinics can request export of their data and account-related records per platform process.
